Arcufit Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arcufit. This policy outlines the details of our shipping and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK) only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing and Shipping Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the UK.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email notification when your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Arcufit is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Arcufit is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
