Refund Policy

This policy outlines our procedures for refunds. We aim to make the process as simple as possible.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must typically return the item within 14 days of purchase.

  • For Physical Goods: Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • For Digital Products/Services: Refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to see if you are eligible.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as perishable goods, custom products, or sale items.

2. How to Request a Refund

To start the refund process, please contact us at alexis@arcufit.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your request involves returning an item, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
